I’m Home………..
I finally got released from the hospital around 12:30pm today. Sue has done an excellent job of keeping everyone up-to-date on what has transpired over the last few days. Not too much I can add to what she has already said.
The first two days I was in quite a bit of pain and was glad to be where I was. The last three, not so much.
I would like to thank all of you that came and visited me at St. Lukes. It made my time there a lot more tollerable. I am still trying to figure out who was more shocked when I exited the bathroom half naked on one particular day. Me, because I didn’t expect to find two women in my room, or Pat and Stephanie because they didn’t expect me to come out of the bathroom half naked.
I would like to respond to all of the comments that were made to Sue’s posts but I am not going to even try. I think they were all great and enjoyed reading all of them. Thanks again to everyone for all of your support. It really means a lot. I’ll do another post soon.

Darn my luck, I am never around when a good looking man comes out of a bathroom half naked! Glad you are home - keep up the good work.

Hey Bob, Half naked? Which half? Which one of your bags was exposed?
Well, that’s great news that you are home, but we are coming no matter where we find you. You cannot hide. Carole and I (and Blanche) should be pounding on your door some time Wednesday. Don’t use up all your drugs before we get there, because you are a lot more fun when you are high.
Carole and I hold our breath each day to see whether you have a good day or a bad one. Therefore, if you are not feeling well, we would appreciate it if you would lie a little.
We love you,
Jack

Skip,
Hope you are sitting in your recliner with Tivo in hand and all the channels you can possibley surf!
I am sure it was a good feeling to be out of the hospital and, as Dorothy would say, “There’s no place like home!”
Hope to see you and Sue soon,
Love,
Mary Anne

Bob,
I can’t believe that you didn’t inform you adoring public about the special designation you got at the hospital. I believe your chart read PIA. You can explain if you so choose. Glad you made it home, and I’m guessing you’ll be at the office this week. Take Care, Tony and Mary Ann

Bob - it was good to see you last Friday at St. Lukes, but I’m glad you’re home now where Sue can wait on you properly. Oh yeah … not so much waiting on you, right? Even though she walks dogs all day for the Humane Society, you said she “won’t even walk across the room to get the remote for you!” But it did look she was taking good care of you Friday, or was it the nurses who brought you all the cookies in your nightstand. Keep feeling better (you looked adorable of course). Stephanie

Bob
You did make my day but not because I “almost” saw you in your birthday suit ( been there seen that) but because you looked so great and and were feeling so much better. Your sense of humor is heart warming.
May God bless you with many more days because you are such a joy to so many people.
Have a great week off - I know this is a busy one with family.
Love to you and Sue. Pat
