It does seem fitting, because Bob's life obviously touched so many people's hearts and clearly for good. I am so sorry I didn't get to meet him, but I am grateful to have shared in his last few months through this blog and I have loved all the stories each of you have shared about his life. Bob must have felt incredible fortunate to have so many special people by his side, through his life and till the end. I hope you continue to turn to each other to help fill the void that must surely be felt by Bob's passing. He must have tapped everyone on the shoulder on his way out of town to let everyone know that he was movin' on. We will always think of Bob as floating in the pool on his blue float "working" or waiting for that next golf game, which I am sure he is playing right now. My heart goes out to you. I know you lost your best friend. He was one of a kind to me. When you play poker and set across the table from a guy like Bob, you learn to see so much. he was gentle, would go for the throat, be kind and then go for the throat. He was the best. I just spoke to Caroline in Dallas and she heard this morning from her brother about Bob. We both are praying for your peace.
